En overklig känsla som infinner sig nu när Crossfit Open 23 är över.
Svårt att greppa att vi bara kört Crossfit i 2,5 år.
Det känns som vi har hållit på hela livet men samtidigt som vi började igår.

Coolt att se vad den gamla kroppen ändå klarar av. Om någon för 3 år sedan hade sagt att jag skulle klättra i rep, göra armhävningar upp och ner, lyfta 100kg över huvudet mm så hade jag aldrig trott dom.

Det finns så sjukt många likheter med golf i Crossfit. Det är ständigt en mental kamp.

Så tacksam för alla på @crossfitendorfinalingsas som hjälpt och pushat mig och min fru till att nu hittat ett sunt och gemensamt intresse 🙌❤️

Our focus has been indoor training and trying to clarify some of the TrackMan data.
The problem with knowing allot of TrackMan numbers is how and what effects them?
How do practice without it?

We talked about

Clubhead overtaking rate. When we work inside and hitting into a net we track starting line via gate (20,15 and 10cm wide).

Swing direction. How does our swing direction/ clubpath effects by our pressure movement in the ground.

Always monitor Lowpoint

Identify our tendencies. If I miss right what does that mean? Video our swing in 3 different stages
1. Basic motion
2. Acquired motion / half swing
3. Total motion / Full swing

When do I start missing? What is causing the miss? Try to self analyse.

All players got a screening and analysis in Sams puttlab from Jeff Carr . Really impressive stuff .

Unfortunately the tournament was cut short to 36 holes but we want to thank everyone from @golfrsa and Leopard creek for hosting a fantastic tournament and leaving us with memories for life.

We started off in Johannesburg at @royal_jhb_golf .
We played 18 holes stroke play in the morning . Then practice in the afternoon trying to get a feeling for how much longer the ball is going here. Thanks you @trackman_se 🙌

Trying to create an environment where juniors can compete and test them self against each other even though they live far apart from one another. And also practice more efficiently and understanding what some of the Trackman numbers really mean. What can I control? Using @scottcowxcertified 5 imperatives 🙌.
And asking ourselves why is the club/ball doing what it’s doing.

Accumulator #1 #4
“The first power accumulator is the Bent Right Arm -
the Hitter’s Muscle Power Accumulator. Even though the right biceps is active, the backstroke is always made with the right arm striving to remain straight. But the straight left arm restrains this continuous extensor action of the right triceps with an effortless checkrein action. consequently, during release , the
right arm can straighten only as the left arm moves away from the right shoulder. This results in a smooth, even thrust for acceleration of the lever assemblies.”

The fourth power accumulator

“ The angle formed by the left arm and the left shoulder forms the Fourth Power Accumulator. The in-line condition it seeks is with the shoulders. It is not only
an independent power accumulator, but its triggering function as the
checkrein of the right elbow is also vastly important, it thus, can be
the accumulator of the accumulators or Master Accumulator.
As accumulator #4, it is Pivot (Body) Power supplying the initial acceleration of the downstroke to throw the lever assemblies toward Impact by the thrust of the shoulder turn. Another major contribution to impact power is geometric. It is the first link in the
swing radius power train between the club and the feet.
“Left Arm Power” in any form or amount can still be considered #4
Accumulator Action. Otherwise, it actually substitutes for the pivot to
introduce the circular motion required to produce centripetal force.”

First time we introduced physical training in our

First time we introduced physical training in our wintercamp with Västergötlands Golfförbund. And what a way to do it! @coach.berg is one the best in the game. He gave all the players a program for the winter and tested the players in different areas.

We talked about what we can control and what we can work on no matter our access to training facilities .
